EFI follows a hybrid model, where nature of job and business requirements determine how many days of the week any employee needs to be in office. EFI India encourages self-managed teams.

EFI India believes that every employee is entitled to a working environment that is free of discrimination and harassment. In furtherance to our commitment, we have a zero-tolerance policy on such matters. We have internal committees dedicated to sensitization and grievance redressal. &nbsp;

EFI India provides 26 weeks of paid maternity leave. 12 weeks&rsquo; leave is provided in case of adoption or surrogacy. 6 weeks&rsquo; leave is provided in case of medical termination / miscarriage. 2 weeks&rsquo; leave is provided for tubectomy. Extensions can be requested and are considered on a case-to-case basis. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Women&rsquo;s Safety Policy: Employee safety is paramount for EFI India. Regular shift employees in EFI India are permitted to work from office only till 6.45 pm. With manager&rsquo;s approval, women employees can stay in office until 8 pm and they will be provided transport and escort. Transport and escort are also provided for women employees working in night shifts.
