The “Designing Your Life” (DYL) course, programme and the best selling books, emerged from the research and minds of Professors Bill Burnett and Dave Evans, both seasoned designers and educators, at Stanford University @ the Life Design lab.

Drawing upon their extensive experiences in Silicon Valley and human-centered design, they developed the Life Design framework- a framework that helps design the most important project of your life: your life. Designing Your Life has since become a global phenomenon brought to India under license by QGLUE, the only certified workshop provider in India. 

DYL is a framework that meets women  where they are- navigating life, work, family and everything in between. Whether they are returning, restarting or simply reimagining, this is their space to get curious, reconnect with their core, and design a life that honours the woman they are today. 

 

The framework puts women in the driving seat of their own lives, redefining their authentic self, building their own compass with their values and theory of work and life, getting unstuck by “reframing” limiting beliefs and imagining possibilities and exciting futures.

Designing Your Life India has earned recognition from India's most prestigious educational institutions, including the Indian School of Business and Ashoka University, where it is taught as an accredited course. We've also delivered DYL workshops for leading global corporations, including Meta.

Designing Your Future, is our transformative online programme built on the DYL framework, tailored for high school students in grades 9-12.
