On-boarding will involve documentation & verification of the ESP, creating and activation of account on the Cleartrip Activities platform and listing his services on our platform. <b> 2) Relationship Management:</b> Train the ESPs on our backend system to perform critical functions. Meet the ESPs on a regular basis to get more inventory and listings. <b> 3) Account Management:</b> Identify key ESPs with biz potential and offer value adds to them in terms of reports, listing support and merchandising options. Also, motivate them to participate in the loyalty and engagement program. <b> Remuneration:</b> It will include both a fixed component and a variable component.
