We are now seeking an inspirational and passionate Centre Director, to effectively lead, inspire potential, and proactively engage the Center team. This role will be based within one of our Client based childcare Centers in Bangalore, India, which provides full time care for children aged 0-6 years. You will ensure the Center practices support the safety and protection of all children and staff, ensure alignment with the expectations and values of our Client, and works to annual targets in order to ensure the Center offers financial sustainability, and a healthy financial contribution to the Organisation.

About you

We’re always on the lookout for passionate, Early Years Care and Education providers. For the Centre Director opportunity, we would also require;

Basic level Teacher training, Montessori included, or equivalent Early Years Qualification
Degree level qualification, or commitment to achieve one
Thorough understanding of Child Protection and Health and Safety best practice
Strong proven knowledge and background in Early Years Care and Education
A commitment to developing high performance teams, and an ethos for wellbeing, ensuring your staff members manage an effective work-life balance
