The company is run by a professional team headed by alumni from IIT (Delhi) and IIM (Kolkata).</div> <h2>TEAM</h2> <p><strong>R N Kaura</strong>&nbsp;is from the first batch of IIT, Delhi and has been at the helm of operations of BPS since it&rsquo;s inception. He has a wealth of technical knowledge and a keen insight into solving water proofing problems at various sites by customizing solutions for each site.</p> <p><strong>Aditya Kaura</strong>&nbsp;graduated from IIM, Kolkotta and has worked with Accenture in the management consulting practice for five years post graduation. Post that, he set up a successful textile venture in the area of high fashion garment exports. Having made an exit from this venture in 2011, Aditya has been fully involved in the operations of BPS since 2011 and is looking to grow this business from its well established foundation.</p> <p>The&nbsp;<strong>senior management team</strong>&nbsp;at BPS has been with the company for the last 5 &ndash; 15 years and are well experienced in site management, issue resolution, project planning and customer relationship.</p> <p>At the&nbsp;<strong>worker</strong>&nbsp;level, many of them have been working with BPS for the past 10 &ndash; 15 years and regular training is provided to keep them abreast with latest products and application techniques.</p>
