Maternity Leave Policy
Whether you are a birthing mother or an adoptive one, Boeing India’s paid maternity leave offers benefits to employees to birth mothers and adoptive mothers. The benefits provide a continuous job protection, and paid leave of absence for up to 26 weeks surrounding the birth and 12 weeks after adoption of a child.
Paternity Leave Policy
All the male colleagues are entitled to a paternity break of four days to offer support in parenting and taking care of the child.
