Maternity Leave Policy
BMC India strives to provide an opportunity to the female employees of the company for ensuring their health and safety during their maternity period. The maternity policy of BMCI provides its female employees with a systematic procedure to avail time away from the office during their maternity period to give time for the newborn and for maintaining their well-being.
Paternity Leave Policy

This policy applies to all BMC India full-time employees.
Child-Care Facility
The Creche Policy gives an opportunity to provide better day care facility for the children of the working mothers employed at BMC in accordance with the amended Maternity Act, 2017.
This program shall entitle the eligible employees to avail the benefit of a company sponsored day care facility at the centre BMC has tied up with, for their children in the age group of 6 months to 6 years. BMC India has designed this program considering the Creche facility guidelines mentioned in the amended Maternity Act, 2017.
Policy period applicable with effect from July 4, 2022 to March 31, 2023.
Day Care Centre - BMC India has tied up with Klay School and Little Millennium as the preferred partner for the day care program, for the all the centres in BMC locations – Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai and Delhi.
Klay is a combination of Pre School and a Day Care facility.
As per the model of Klay school, any child that is enrolled with their center will have to opt for both, the daycare facility and the academic curriculum and their fee structure is designed to suit this model.
Billing will be separate for Preschool and daycare charges.
They provide 100% waiver on registration fees and 25% waiver on annual fees as a part of a corporate tie-up with BMC.
In case an employee would like to discontinue this facility after enrolment then she would need to provide a 30 days notice to the center coordinator.
Little Millennium has both Preschool as well as daycare facilities but one can choose to opt for either of the facility with them.
They provide a 10% discount on daycare & preschool services subject to seat availability as a part of the corporate tie-up with BMC.
In case if an employee would like to discontinue this facility after enrolment then she would need to provide a 30 days notice to the center coordinator.
