Maternity Leave Policy
Maternity Leave: BlackRock India provides up to 6 months of paid maternity leave to employees including birth mothers and adoptive mothers. Additional paid time off can also be taken in continuation of maternity leave to ensure you have the time you need with your child.
Adoption and Surrogacy Benefits: BlackRock will reimburse up to US $50,000 (or local equivalent) for eligible costs associated with adopting a child and/or using a surrogate, where legally permissible.
Maternity Expense Coverage: This insurance coverage provides up to INR 75k in maternity expense reimbursement.
Child-Care Facility
Day Care Services: We offer day care services located within 500 meters of office premises with a co-share of 50% fees.
Flexi Option
