In our effort to build a diverse workforce we create diverse interview panels comprising of at least one woman to enhance effectiveness of hiring decisions. As a part of our sourcing efforts a diverse candidate slate is presented to the hiring managers. We have also started recruiting from campuses to increase our diversity ratios. As a part of our onboarding tour we train all our employees on appropriate workplace behavior to sensitize them around voicing up their opinions while respecting everyone else’s opinions and how to leverage diversity of thought. They are also made aware of ways to voice concerns around harassment/discrimination/bullying etc. so they feel empowered and can bring their whole selves to work.
We are also guided by ambitious D&I goals and programs which are set at a global and regional level. This agenda is promoted and supported by a dedicated D&I function, led by global CDIO, Victoria Russell, and a number of Employee Impact Groups around the world, including an International D&I team:
Goal 1: An Inclusive Culture: Integration of different?cultures/ages/gender/sexual?orientation/disability as?measured by annual?Global?D&I survey
Goal 2: Aiming for 50% of our leaders to be women by 2025 in the International region, and by 2030 globally, and to achieve 45 percent ethnically diverse population in the US
Goal 3: All Leaders must include a D&I goal in their annual goal plan, and show tangible results to improve inclusivity* As measured by annual Employee D&I survey?
