Barclays’ Encore! Programme:Barclays India Encore! is a programme designed for individuals who have taken a career break and now wish to re-enter the workforce. The programme will provide development training as well as a paid 12-week fellowship matched to the candidate’s capabilities, experience and talent. After successfully completing the programme, participants will have the opportunity to apply for a permanent position with Barclays in India.
Sponsorship programme: High potential women leaders are provided an internal sponsor who actively promotes, advocates and supports the career aspiration of the person being sponsored
Dynamic working:This is helping Barclays colleagues around the world integrate work and life more effectively. Anyone can request it, giving colleagues the opportunity to define how they balance their work-life. Dynamic working is the next evolution of flexible working.
