Talent: We put great efforts into attracting, developing, and retaining the best and the brightest talent. 

• Our campus hiring programs - We are hiring a 50% diversity mix at entry-level management roles from top b-schools, which helps us grow our cadre in-house. Similarly, our diversity mix is increasing every year for women in STEM, from 9% in 2019 to 15% in 2021. These young graduates from IIT/NIT join our operations, manufacturing, and R&D teams. Additionally, over the past 5 years, our women graduate trainee hiring has increased up to 10 times. 
• Our Research & Development team encompasses approx. 35% of the total workforce. Over the past few years, in this department, the percentage of women employees has increased by 42%.
