Arup was founded byOve Arup in 1946. Our work addresses every aspect of the built environment, from initial planning and advisory services, through building design and structural engineering. We are a community of collaborators, bringing together over 90 disciplines to help realise our clients’ commercial goals.

Arup has 40 years of experience in India, and in 2008 we formally established an office inMumbaito offer the firm’s full array of services. Our clients range from central and local governments to private institutions, architects and international organisations. We have worked on a wide range of projects, including multidisciplinary services forRajiv Gandhi International Airport, total design services forDruk White Lotus Schooland seismic retrofit design and project management of operational manufacturing facilities in Himachal Pradesh.
