Art of Loans is looking for an organised and experienced professional with rich experience in the Real Estate field and loan processing.

JOB PURPOSE:

The purpose of the role is :

Meeting with prospective builders, understanding his/ her requirements and explaining about our Company.
Work thoroughly on empanelment of various Builders and Chartered Accounts.
Coordination with internal teams.
Rich experience in the Real Estate field for at least 2-3 years.
Good Communication and excellent client interaction skills.
Immediate response to any customer requirement.
Excellent people and relationship management skills.
Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
Research and Identify new market opportunities.
Ready to travel across Bangalore.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Must be a graduate,MBA would be an added advantage.
Candidates having Sales experience of at least 2 years in real estate.
Strong interpersonal skills which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
