Programs and initiatives
Omniwomen: Omniwomen is a global Omnicom-wide initiative that champions the role of women in the workplace and aims to empower them to take on leadership roles. As an Omnicom agency, we work towards championing female influence through programs that provide the right opportunities and medium for collective growth. That’s where Omniwomen comes in. Annalect India leads and drives the Omniwomen chapter in India.
Feeling empowered is a state of mind. Our vision for the Omniwomen India Chapter is to empower all our Omni-Women by providing the appropriate platforms and a sense of community for them to come together and uplift one another. Our guiding principles as we launch the India Chapter will be to Rise Above and Raise the Bar.
Athena: Athena was launched on a global scale by Annalect to focus on women-centric issues in the workplace and has developed to include a broader spectrum of diversity in the workplace. The India chapter is pillared on creating a community, recognition, awareness, and support for women at Annalect India through engaging events and discussions. We leverage Athena to Athena to provide an open forum to women employees and allies for networking, learning, exchanging ideas, perspectives, and experiences with fellow Annalectuals to create a nurturing environment for women. The program supports our endeavour to facilitate Workplace Wellness as part of the Wellness First initiative.
Wellness at work – At Annalect India we are committed to ensure a healthy, safe, and inclusive workplace. We run monthly events and programs to bring in wellness as a part of our work and life for our employees. Every activity has a distinct purpose to collectively uphold the four components of the Wellness First initiative: Workplace Wellness, Social Wellness, Physical Wellness and Mental Wellness.
