Women friendly policies
Maternity Leave Policy
- 26 calendar weeks of maternity leave of which at least 18 weeks should follow post the date of delivery up to 2 children.
- Altimetrik encourages its women employees to proceed on leave at least 4 weeks prior to the expected date of delivery, as a precautionary measure
- In-case of adoption of a child below the age of three(3) months, a woman employee is entitled to 12calendar weeks of adoption leave. Such leave will be granted post the adoption of a child and subject to submission of necessary documents regarding the adoption
- A woman employee will be entitled, in case of a miscarriage or medical termination of pregnancy, on production of the prescribed proof, to leave with pay, for a period of 6calendarweeks immediately following the day of her miscarriage or medical termination of pregnancy
Child-Care Facility
- Altimetrik has tie-ups with daycare facilities which are at a walkable distance from the Altimetrik offices. These days care faciilities are provided at subsidized cost. Employees can drop their kids, come to the office and work. They can have a complete focus on their work because everything is taken care of in daycare.
Anti-Discrimination and Prevention of Harassment Policy

- At Altimetrik we have policy outlined and available over the Intranet Portal.
- POSH Workshop are conducted for all the Leaders, HRBP and IC committee members by external trainer.
- Quarterly Internal Committee Meeting with all the committee members to discuss and emphasized on creating awareness and continuous sensitization among the employees
- We create awareness camping on POSH for all our employees through Wallpaper, Screensaver and mail communication on the Policy
- It is a mandatory course for all managers to go through a classroom workshop on POSH.
- We also have an online course "NO EXCUSES" which is a mandatory gamified online training program for all employees to complete the course within 3 months of joining
