Internalship - Internal Career development
Internalship is a unique platform where employees inAkamai gets an opportunity to learn new things outside of their regular job for a limited period of time. Through this program, we challenge them to explore their area of interest and pursue their dreams. It can be anything like new technology, process, business unit, role or domain. Basically it stands on three pillars “Learn Share and Grow”

JYOT:

India Mentoring Program won the “Excellence in Practice award” at the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in Washington DC. It’s a huge honour to be recognized by the world’s largest association dedicated to those who develop talent in organizations.

Stand Tall Program India:

The Standtall program is the first of its kind at Akamai. It is a women leadership and enablement program designed to support women "leads" to move into leadership positions.

ERG’s:
