People Function (PF) group at Mindtree had multiple engagements within their teams with different connects on platforms such as Yammer, a social network for internal communications etc. to constantly engage and with our Mindtree Minds. In addition we have periodic connects at the organization level that includes large scale events such as FabYouLous – the virtual New Year celebration, a virtual music concert, and other various D&I initiatives at Mindtree, where Minds as well as their families are invited to participate. For instance, during Diwali, all the employees were sent goodie box to celebrate the joyous occasion with their families.
