Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management:<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of reporting analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.</li><li>Manage workload allocation, performance reviews, and career development for team members.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all digital reporting deliverables.</li></ul> Digital Analytics & Reporting Strategy:<ul><li>Define and implement the digital analytics and reporting strategy aligned with the bank's digital objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with digital product owners, marketing, and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable solutions.</li><li>Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics relevant to digital channel performance, user experience, and business outcomes.</li></ul> Report Design & Development:<ul><li>Oversee the end-to-end process of designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using various reporting tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SAS, Pyspark, Tableau).</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all digital reporting assets.</li><li>Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.</li></ul> Data Analysis & Insights:<ul><li>Conduct deep-dive analysis into digital customer behavior, journey mapping, campaign performance, and product usage.</li><li>Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights and recommendations for senior management and business teams.</li><li>Proactively identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks within digital performance data.</li></ul> Stakeholder Communication & Partnership:<ul><li>Present reporting insights and recommendations to various stakeholders, including executive leadership, in a compelling and easy-to-understand manner.</li><li>Act as a subject matter expert for digital analytics, advising on best practices, data governance, and tool utilization.</li><li>Build strong relationships with IT, data engineering, and other support teams to ensure data availability and quality.</li></ul> Continuous Improvement:<ul><li>Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in digital analytics, reporting, and banking.</li><li>Recommend and implement improvements to existing reporting processes, tools, and methodologies.</li></ul> Required Qualifications<ul><li>Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.</li><li>8-10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or MIS reporting, with at least 3 years focused specifically on digital analytics within the financial services industry.</li><li>3+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role.</li><li>Proven expertise with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 360).</li><li>Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and tagging implementation (e.g., Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager).</li><li>Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and experimentation frameworks.</li><li>Proficient in SAS, Pyspark and SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.</li><li>Strong proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li></ul> ------------------------------------------------------ Job Family Group: Decision Management ------------------------------------------------------ Job Family:Business Analysis ------------------------------------------------------ Time Type: Full time ------------------------------------------------------ Most Relevant Skills Please see the requirements listed above.------------------------------------------------------ Other Relevant Skills For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter.------------------------------------------------------ Citi is an equal opportunity employer, and qualified candidates will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any other characteristic protected by law.   If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use our search tools and/or apply for a career opportunity review <a href="https://www.citigroup.com/citi/accessibility/application-accessibility.htm" target="_blank">Accessibility at Citi</a> .
