Emilie McLaughlin is the Chief People Officer at Forcepoint. She is responsible for leading Forcepoint&rsquo;s overall human resources strategy. As Chief People Officer, she believes in increasing the company&rsquo;s global diversity and inclusion programs, driving pride in both Forcepoint culture and products, and championing talent development that supports the needs and aspirations of the company&rsquo;s nearly 2,000 employees across the globe. Since joining Forcepoint in 2017, McLaughlin has also served as Vice President of HR Centers of Excellence. McLaughlin brings over 20 years of developing smart and strategic solutions in human resources to her role as Chief People Officer. Prior to Forcepoint, she led Global Talent at Alphatec Spine and Employee Experience at Quintiles, now IQVIA. McLaughlin spent nearly 15 years studying and working in Munich and Berlin, Germany before returning to the U.S. McLaughlin earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

Charanya Subramanian is the Software Engineering Manager of Network Security at Forcepoint. Charanya has been with Forcepoint for over 7 years. After spending more than 12 years in software development, she decided to move to a management role, and she is currently leading a team of 11 engineers. In her current role she manages delivery of key projects involving resource planning, implementing processes, road map discussions and resolving engineering issues. In her previous role with Forcepoint, she has been working on product development and escalation handling of secure web and email gateways. She has her past expertise in networking and cyber security and has been involved in the development of digital certificate generation and management software and software emulation of satellite signals for Viasat. She received a Bachelor&rsquo;s of Engineering in Computer Science and Master&rsquo;s of Business Administration in Technology Management from Anna University, Chennai.

Vanya Agarwal is the Senior Human Resources Manager for India at Forcepoint. Vanya has been with Forcepoint for over 2 years and has not only seen the inception of the India Innovation Center but has had the pleasure of interviewing nearly every employee there. In her role at Forcepoint, Vanya leads the India HR Business Partner team and partners with business leaders and drives strategic initiatives with focus on key elements for People success, Enable, Engage &amp; Enhance, while retaining the culture at core. &nbsp;Vanya brings 16 years of diverse HR experience to Forcepoint. Prior to Forcepoint, she led the HR function for Cyberinc India, which was acquired by Forcepoint in 2021 and led to inception of the India Innovation Centre. She has previously led HR Business Partnering at Reliance and Syntel, now Eviden. Vanya received a Master&rsquo;s in Personnel Management from Pune University &amp; Bachelor&rsquo;s in Computer Applications from Rohilkhand University.

Pallavi Rajput is Principal Product Manager at Forcepoint, where she has been contributing her expertise for the past two years in building a cutting-edge zero-trust web security solution, Remote Browser Isolation. Under her leadership, the team has successfully launched several innovative features, driving increased user engagement and retention rates. With over 17 years of experience in the IT industry, Pallavi initially embarked on her career as an engineer. After spending more than a decade in engineering roles, she transitioned to Product Management driven by her passion for creating impactful, customer-centric solutions. Her career includes pivotal roles at BMC, IBM, Symantec, and Cyberinc. With a track record of innovation, she has contributed to over seven patents in her field, showcasing her commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions infused with technical excellence and customer-centricity. Pallavi's academic background includes BE in Computer Science from Pune University and Executive MBA in Product Leadership from MIT Pune, further solidifying her expertise in both technical and strategic aspects of product development.

Madhuri Shenoy is Senior Manager, Customer Success at Forcepoint. Madhuri has been with Forcepoint for 2.5 years now. In her current role, she oversees the Customer Success team in India that supports global Forcepoint customers.&nbsp; Her team works with customers to adopt Forcepoint products successfully, help them achieve their use cases and in doing so, represents the Voice of the Customer while interacting with internal Forcepoint departments. Her journey in cybersecurity started more than 15 years back as a novice support engineer in technical support. She started from a totally non-tech background doing arts and linguistics before kickstarting her tech journey across various roles, departments and teams before moving on to Customer Success at Forcepoint.

A Technical Support Engineer III is responsible for providing a world-class support experience to our enterprise customer base. Living our corporate values of being Trustworthy, Collaborative, Accountable, Respectful, Innovative, and Relentless, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Forcepoint as well as associated third-party products, enabling our customers to stop the bad and free the good. You will utilize your knowledge and experience to interpret the customers’ needs and ensure they are achieving maximum value from Forcepoint. You will be seen as a technical advisor within the team and called upon to provide assistance to other team members on issues within your area of expertise. You will actively participate in product supportability programs.Responsibility· Respond to customer cases in line with Service Level Agreements.· Proactively identify and resolve potential problems in an effort to prevent them from occurring and improve the overall customer experience.· Approach each case with a goal of ensuring Forcepoint products are performing at an optimal level by addressing any underlying or additional problems uncovered during each customer engagement.· Ensure full understanding of the issue, including impact to customer.· Gather logs, configuration details and attempt to reproduce the reported issues.· Research the issue in the Knowledge Base, documentation and with your team members as needed.· Recommend solutions to customers and follow through to resolution or escalate the case in a timely manner if no resolution can be found.· Prioritize workload based on severity and impact to customer and demonstrate a sense of urgency when handling cases.· Be accountable for customer escalations and drive them internally to a speedy resolution while ensuring that customers are kept fully informed of progress throughout the escalation.· Document all interactions and case details within the customer tracking database, including a detailed description of the issue and any resolutions recommended.· Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer handling, case management and service entitlement verification.· Participate in knowledge sharing via involvement in technical discussions and Knowledge Base documentation.· Create and deliver formal mentoring programs to Technical Support Engineers· Provide technical reviews of user documentation, product requirements documents and functional specifications.· Act as subject matter expert with regard to specific product components and integrations.· Provide in-depth training in areas of expertise, general product knowledge, and integration.· Perform other duties and projects as assigned.Technical Requirements· Clear understanding of OSI and TCP/IP model· Familiarity and technical understanding of core Internet technology (DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, etc.)· Experience in deploying Data Security technologies like Endpoint Protection, Encryption Gateways , Data Classification rules , Fingerprinting , Email Gateway(Postfix Solutions)· Experience in Implementing Data Security Policies across organizations and having better understanding on the Policy Levels and the classifier conditions being used.· Clear understanding on the compliance such as HIPAA, SSN, CCN,GDPR etc· Experience with Troubleshooting the Data Security related issues like Deployment FailureUI logging, Endpoint Performance, Email Delivery and Notifications etc· Experience with Troubleshooting tools and capture analysis (Fiddler, Wireshark…)· Experience on Linux Operating System commands· Familiarity and Technical understanding on Microsoft SQL queriesProfessional Qualities· Customer centric approach with focus on customer Outcome· Excellent Customer handling and communication (verbal and written) skills· Good team player with ability to operate independently with minimal supervision· Ability to articulate and clearly communicate Critical / Technical messages· Ability to Plan and Prioritize tasks based on Severity and Priority· Excellent Troubleshooting skillsExperience –5 - 8 Years for TSE III, Relevant experience in support environment would be a Plus
