<html><body><p/><p>Job Title:</p>Talent Acquisition Recruiter (US Technical Hiring)<p/><p>Job Description</p>The Professional I, Talent Acquisition (LATAM) ensures that staffing requirements are met to identify, attract and onboard top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs.  This position is responsible assisting with development of recruiting strategy and working with various clients to assess hiring needs and interview candidates for positions.<div>  <h1>Job description</h1></div><div><h2><u><b>Core Responsibilities</b>:</u></h2><div> <ul><li>Should act as a Talent Advisor & partner with stakeholders to understand the hiring needs. Discuss and agree on the skill requirement & behavioral competencies needed for success in each role by conducting detailed Job Intake sessions.</li><li>Attract top talent via creative sourcing, networking, soliciting internal referrals, participating in events to reach out to qualified pool of potential candidates.</li><li>Partner with Hiring Managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates with data-driven advice on the range of logical possibilities.</li><li>Promote Concentrix as an employer of choice & builds out talent networks through a diverse mix of sources.</li><li>Conduct Market Mapping for open positions & develop competitive intelligence on key talent availability.</li><li>Assist with recommendations to hiring manager on candidate hire & partner with appropriate stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages / Benefits and facilitate negotiation with candidates</li><li>Manage post offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless onboarding.</li><li>Should be able to multitask, plan and be self-organized to ensure multiple requirements are catered to with quality pipeline and customer engagement across all open positions</li><li>Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants.</li><li>Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li><li>Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting.</li></ul> <h2><b><u>Skills Required</u></b></h2><ul><li>Bachelors/Master's degree with 7- 11 years of experience in US IT recruiting.</li><li>Should have prior experience in hiring Platform / Product Engineering & Data Analytics space.</li><li>Solid understanding of US Tech market</li><li>Partner closely with stakeholders and business leaders to brainstorm, collaborate, and drive new ideas forward.</li><li>Well versed with ATS</li><li>Excellent Communication, Articulation & offer Negotiation skills.</li><li>Must have hands experience in Sourcing skills ; specially through Social Media & unconventional channels like X-ray & Platforms like GitHub, Stackoverflow , Kaggle etc</li><li>Strong knowledge of competitive landscape, ability to research and equip Hiring managers with talent market insights / reports<span><span> </span></span></li></ul></div></div><p/><p>Location:</p>India Hyderabad, Telangana<p/><p>Language Requirements:</p><p/><p>Time Type:</p>Full time<p>  <b>If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the <a href="https://www.concentrix.com/resource/job-applicant-privacy-notice-for-california-residents/" target="_blank">Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California Residents</a></b></p></body></html>
