Duties and Responsibilities:<ul> <ul><li>Post job vacancies on job boards and social media.</li><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.</li><li>Use diverse sourcing tools (social media, job boards, direct headhunting, referrals).</li><li>Develop networks to identify talent and build pipelines.</li><li>Handle approvals and offer negotiations.</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment.</li><li>Build relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.</li><li>Contribute to employer branding initiatives.</li><li>Oversee new hire onboarding and smooth transitions.</li><li>Support succession planning and internal talent development.</li><li>Address employee inquiries, conflicts, and promote a positive workplace.</li><li>Maintain accurate HR records and streamline processes.</li><li>Ensure HR policy compliance and stay updated on employment laws.</li><li>Manage and communicate employee benefits programs.</li><li>Work with departments to achieve goals and enhance HR processes.</li><li>Assist in planning company events and maintain daily office operations.</li></ul></ul> What we look for:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years of relevant field experience.</li><li>Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>The ability to work as part of a team.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Effective administrative and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent command of the English language (native-like or C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus).</li><li>Advanced computer literacy is required.
