Fidelity International

Fidelity provides Creche facility to its employee and collaborated with Medham located in Gurgaon office location. The cost of this is borne by Fidelity for children up to the age of 6 years. If employee opts for a creche facility of their choice instead of company provided facility, the Company also reimburse the actual monthly charges paid by an employee, subject to a maximum of INR 8,000/- per month per child up to the age of 6 years.

We offers twenty-six (26) continuous weeks of paid leave to all employees of the company.

Family Care Leave: 
We offer five days paid leave in a calendar year to look after family members in need of care. This is to support employees so they can balance their work and family responsibilities.
Dynamic working:

About your roleOur TA/STA are experts in Test Automation. The role would focus on services, functional, data test automation. The key outcomes shall be (but not limited to) to create services and functional automation suite keeping DevOps principle of speed and quality in mind.Your role would be key to implementing modern engineering principles like Test Pyramid during the delivery lifecycle.About you<ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Expertise and experience in designing and implementing Automation Strategy.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Expert level experience on Core Java and J2EE development.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Experience of test automation framework design for service layer/API. ( SoapUI/Rest Assure knowledge)</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Experience in Selenium and Rest assured automaton tools.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Experience in BDD Gauge/Cucumber framework.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Expert in atleast one functional test automation tool like selenium, Test complete etc.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Relevant experience in Application development tools and frameworks like maven, ant, check style, PMD, fortify, junit, fitnesse, SOAP UI etc.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Experience with Oracle (preferably Oracle 10G), stored procedures, queries</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Experience of using source code management tools, e.g. SVN/GitHub</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Good understanding of Development Methodologies like “Test Driven Development” and “Test Pyramid”</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Candidate needs to have rich experience around engineering skills, CI / CD and build/ deployment automation tools.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Understanding on build pipelines is also nice to have.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Knowing development methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, and Kanban.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Experience in contract and pact testing will be added advantage along with stubbing and mocking (virtualisation) services.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Familiarity with cloud concepts is also nice to have.</li></ul>
