As a Senior Software Engineer in Test, you’ll be the technical owner of automation strategy and test architecture for products used by thousands every day. You’ll work at the intersection of code, tooling, performance, and product confidence—ensuring we ship fast without breaking things.If you think like a developer, test like a user, and automate like an architect—this role is built for you.Responsibilities<ul><li>Own and evolve the entire testing lifecycle—strategy, tools, coverage, and automation ROI.</li><li>Build scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and microservices.</li><li>Implement quality gates across SDLC and drive shift-left testing practices.</li><li>Implement performance, non-functional, and cross-browser testing initiatives.</li><li>Partner with Dev and DevOps teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in test coverage, stability, and developer confidence.</li><li>Review test code, and guide debugging and root cause analysis.</li></ul>&#xa0;

Requirements<ul><li>4-6 years of experience in QA automation and engineering.</li><li>Problem-Solving &amp; DSA: Good programming skills (Java / Ruby / Python / node. js / JavaScript) with the ability to solve entry-level algorithmic problems with optimized time/space complexity, using the right data structures, demonstrating strong analytical thinking and applying OOP for extensible automation code.</li><li>Test Automation: Expertise in Selenium automation (Webdrivers, Xpath, CSS Selectors), proficient in UI &amp; API automation, and experienced in Automation Framework Development.</li><li>Testing Methodologies: Deep understanding of STLC, Test Management, Test Strategy, Test Coverage, and various Test Frameworks, including release processes. Proven experience developing reusable test frameworks from scratch.</li><li>Manual Testing: Competence in performing comprehensive manual tests.</li><li>Communication: Clearly articulates thought processes and problem-solving approaches.&#xa0;Solid communicator with a bias for documentation, collaboration, and high standards.</li><li>Ownership &amp; Collaboration: Demonstrates ownership, and effective teamwork.</li><li>Hands-on with tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, Loadrunner, Gatling&#xa0;or similar for UI/API/performance testing.</li><li>Experience in CI/CD pipelines, test strategy planning, and automation architecture with knowledge of any tools in the CI/CD space (Jenkins / Travis/ Teamcity).</li><li>Strong debugging and defect analysis skills in distributed systems.</li><li>Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.</li></ul>&#xa0;
