Production :
•	To take instruction from plant-in-charge for batch charging / monitoring
•	To report any deviation / discrepancy in plant / process to plant in charge
•	To ensure completion of batches as per production plan.
•	To ensure that proper gowning procedure is followed as per SOP.
•	To maintain environment condition in PP area as per SOP.
•	To ensure that there is no contamination in Products.
•	To ensure that materials are properly labeled.
•	To ensure and arrange packing materials as per dispatch plan.
•	To coordination with QC, QA & SCM for sampling and packing.
•	To hand over the materials to FG stores & to ensure on time dispatches.
•	To ensure that proper packing procedure is followed and quantities are correct to avoid customer complains.
•	To coordinate with micro lab for various samplings.
•	To review completed documents.
•	To coordinate with engineering any PP area related issues.
•	To ensure healthiness of AHU system, water system etc.
•	To ensure that only authorized persons enter in PP area.
•	To maintain reconciliation of accessories in PP area.
cGMP :
•	To ensure Intermediates / FP produced is as per quality specification.
•	To guide / train workmen / trainees in Finished Powder Processing Section
•	To ensure very high standards of housekeeping in plants and FP areas.
•	Ensure BPRs of ongoing batches are available at specified places near equipment and are online with production
•	To ensure tagging of HDPE / Fiber drums, hose pipes etc. used in respective batch processing
•	To ensure online documentation and submit the compete document to QA department.
•	To take lead in audit preparednation and comply daily observation of IPQA/QA.
Safety 
•	To ensure safety in PP area.
•	To educate / train / supervise workmen / in safe handling of chemicals and equipment so as to prevent accidents.
Wastage Avoidance / Reduction :
•	To ensure minimum / no wastage of material.
Training :
•	Train operators on Safety / Quality / wastage reduction.
•	To ensure that all PP area related trainings are provided to employees.
Inter departmental co-ordination:
•	To coordinate with QA department for Good Document Practice.
•	To coordinate with Engg. Services for maintenance related work.
