Major Purpose of the Job: 
•	Invoice verification & accounting of formulation division- Primary and Secondary invoice.
Principal Accountabilities:
•	Accounting of Primary and Secondary engineering invoices within 7 days of receipt of formulation division with verification of invoice with tax accuracy:-
o	                   engineering (Primary and Secondary) of all plant. i.e. Dholka, Kadi, Jammu, 
•	Follow-up of invoices with purchase department by generating pending GRIR report on monthly basis.
•	Follow-up with purchase for debit balance for settlement of the same on monthly basis.
•	Attending Stock verification on querterly basis as per inventory physical verification schedule.
•	Reconciliation of Creditors ledger.
•	Coordinating with statutory and internal auditors for audit.
•	Coordinating with taxation department of clearance of reconciliation of GST inward register in 2A and ERP.
•	Any other actions and responsibilities as agreed with Management

Professional Qualifications
Graduate/Post-Graduate in ACCOUNTS.


Experience
Minimum 7 year of experience.


Certifications Required (if any)
Specialization in Server related certifications.
SAP,TALLY ERP-9,WORD,EXCEXL,POWER POINT
