•	Daily plan for the assigned strip packing machine operations.   
•	To ensure that arrangement of dispensed batches for packing.
•	To ensure that Daily/Weekly/Monthly packing schedule as per plan.
•	To packing and deliver the product on time which complies the regulatory requirement.
•	To maintain cGMP norms in the department.
•	To ensure that SOPs are followed in the department.
•	To ensure optimum utilization of Man and Machine Hours. 
•	To carry out load down in-process checks during packing operation.
•	To solve technical problems and suggest modification to improve productivity on day-to-day basis
•	 To check up with maintainance’ for solving Engineering related issues.
•	To ensure and submit daily packing report.
•	To ensure optimization of resources and reduction of waste/rejections. 
•	To review, investigate and corrective and preventive actions to maintain the product quality.
Principal Tasks:-
•	To maintain quality and productivity.
•	To ensure that Zero accident & Zero tolerance in the area.
•	To follow all respective SOPs, BPR Procedure & Discipline in the department & Operation.
•	To maintain quality & quantity of products as per EHS & safety guidelines.
