Job Responsibilities :
•         Monitoring server performance to ensure that it meets the organization’s standards.
•          Installing and configuring new network components such as switches, routers, firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), load balancers, VoIP phones, wireless access points (APs), and other networking hardware devices.
•         Coordinating with other IT staff members to ensure that all components of the data center are functioning properly, including power supply units (PSUs), cooling systems, fire protection systems, and security systems.
•         Ensure smooth working & maximum uptime of Networks, Servers, various Services (like Mail, Antivirus, Backup, etc.), and Security Systems.
•         Administration and monitoring of firewall, servers, and network devices, monitoring and analyzing device/server logs for any suspicious activities.
•         Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, RHEL, Ubuntu, SUSE, CentOS, VMware, IIS, Apache, Tomcat, Server Side Scripting, LDAP/ AD Management, DNS, DHCP Management, SAN, and NAS Management.
•         Experienced in operating systems administration, hardening, load balancers, firewall, preventive maintenance, and management of updates & patches.
•         DB side administration including backup & restore for MySQL, Postgres, MS-SQL & Oracle.
•         Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
•         Managing MS AD environment.
•         Managing on premise MS Exchange e-mail environment.
