We are seeking an exceptionally strategic and results-driven Manager- Sales, to lead our new business acquisition efforts. As a Level 4 leader, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing our global Inbound sales strategy, driving significant revenue growth by proactively identifying and engaging new, high-value enterprise clients. This role requires a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing Inbound sales teams, developing market-leading strategies, and a deep understanding of complex sales cycles. You will lead managers and individual contributors, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous achievement.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Own and deliver new business revenue targets across SMB and Commercial accounts in ANZ and India</li><li>Drive predictable revenue outcomes through strong pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and disciplined deal execution</li><li>Build, manage, and coach a team of Account Executives focused on SMB and Commercial segments</li><li>Set clear performance expectations; conduct regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and pipeline inspections</li><li>Partner closely with Marketing, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Channel teams to drive GTM success</li><li>Maintain strong CRM hygiene and ensure adherence to structured sales processes</li><li>Ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success for onboarding, renewals, and expansion opportunities</li><li>Demonstrate a strong track record of quota achievement and consistent team performance</li><li>You have a desire, even an obsession, to develop and lead your teams by example.</li><li>Identify, recruit, and grow top talent, continuously providing coaching and best-in-class training and development support for your team.</li><li>Lead, manage, and inspire a team of SMB AEs.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.</li><li>8-12 years of progressive experience in&#xa0;sales in Indian and European market, with at least 5 years in a leadership position managing teams of Inbound Account Executives.</li><li>Proven track record of consistently exceeding large, complex sales quotas and driving significant new business growth.</li><li>Extensive experience building, coaching, and scaling high-performing Inbound sales organizations.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in strategic sales planning, operations, and analysis.</li><li>Experience with global market expansion is a significant plus.</li></ul>
