Strategy and planning</p> <ul> <li><p>Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies that align with company goals, with a strong focus on B2B marketing for the IT sector.</p></li> <li><p>Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.</p></li> <li><p>Define campaign objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.</p></li> </ul> <p>2. Martech stack development and management</p> <ul> <li><p>Architect the martech stack: Design, evaluate, and select marketing technologies that align with the company's marketing and business strategy. This includes assessing integrations between new and existing systems for seamless data flow and process efficiency.</p></li> <li><p>Drive implementation and adoption: Lead the implementation of new martech tools and integrations, ensuring a smooth transition for the marketing team and other stakeholders.</p></li> <li><p>Conduct regular audits: Regularly assess the performance of the existing martech stack to identify overlaps, gaps, or underutilized tools. Recommend improvements and lead optimization efforts to maximize ROI.</p></li> <li><p>Manage platform governance: Define and enforce governance policies to ensure data hygiene, security, and compliance across all marketing platforms.</p></li> <li><p>Liaise with IT: Serve as the primary point of contact for the IT department, translating business marketing needs into technical requirements for martech solutions.</p></li> </ul> <p>3. Campaign management</p> <ul> <li><p>Search engine marketing (SEO/SEM): Manage and optimize organic and paid search campaigns to improve rankings, drive organic traffic, and maximize ROI.</p></li> <li><p>Email marketing: Create and manage targeted email campaigns and automated sequences to nurture leads and drive conversions as necessary.</p></li> <li><p>Paid advertising: Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels.</p></li> </ul> <p>4. Analytics and optimization</p> <ul> <li><p>Use advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Semrush, Tableu etc) to track performance, understand user behavior, and provide actionable insights.</p></li> <li><p>Optimize customer journeys across channels and improve conversion rates through A/B testing and other conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.</p></li> <li><p>Report on the effectiveness of all digital marketing activities to management and key stakeholders.</p></li> </ul> <p>5.
