About the Job: We are looking for enthusiastic freshers or interns who want to start their career in IT Sales / Inside Sales. You will receive training on cloud concepts, lead generation, prospecting, and communication. Key responsibilities: 1. Perform outbound cold calling and cold emailing to generate leads2. Research and identify potential clients using online tools and AI platforms3. Qualify prospects and understand basic client requirements4. Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team5. Maintain and update leads in CRM and tracking sheets6. Follow up with prospects and support the sales pipeline7. Meet daily and monthly activity targets (calls, emails, leads) Requirements: 1. Fresher with strong interest in Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales2. Good verbal and written English communication skills3. Basic understanding of sales processes (cold calling, emailing, lead generation) is a plus4. Comfortable using AI platforms and tools such as ChatGPT for research, content drafting, and productivity5. Smart, quick learner with strong problem-solving ability6. Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset7. Willingness to learn, adapt, and take feedback positively8. Basic computer knowledge (Email, Google Docs, Excel, CRM tools - preferred) Benefits: 1.
