As a part of your role, you will lead automation initiatives that drive operational efficiency, accuracy, and agility across logistics functions. </p> <p>In this role, you will also contribute as a <strong>data steward</strong>, ensuring high-quality, reliable logistics data, and support the maintenance and evolution of digital tools. You’ll work at the intersection of technology and operations, collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-driven, and intelligent logistics solutions. </p> <p>This is a unique opportunity to influence logistics transformation through technology, governance, and innovation. </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p> <p><strong>1. RPA & IPA Implementation in Logistics:</strong> </p> <ul> <li><p>Lead the design, development, and deployment of <strong>Robotic Process Automation (RPA)</strong> and <strong>Intelligent Process Automation (IPA)</strong> solutions for logistics operations. </p></li> <li><p>Act as the <strong>Single Point of Contact (SPOC)</strong> for RPA at <strong>RBAI</strong>, coordinating across teams to identify automation opportunities, manage implementation roadmaps, and ensure compliance with global standards. </p></li> <li><p>Collaborate with process owners to streamline repetitive tasks and improve turnaround time, accuracy, and efficiency. </p></li> </ul> <p><strong>2. Low-Code Development:</strong> </p> <ul><li><p>Develop and maintain digital logistics tools using <strong>low-code platforms</strong> to quickly respond to business needs. </p></li></ul> <ul><li><p>Translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly applications that support logistics processes and reporting. </p></li></ul> <p><strong>3. Data Analytics & Visualization:</strong> </p> <ul><li><p>Use <strong>Power BI</strong> and other analytics tools to design dashboards, monitor key logistics KPIs, and enable data-driven decision-making. </p></li></ul> <ul><li><p>Provide actionable insights from large logistics datasets to support operational and strategic initiatives. </p></li></ul> <p><strong>4. Logistics Data Stewardship:</strong> </p> <ul><li><p>Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of logistics data across systems. </p></li></ul> <ul><li><p>Define data governance rules and support master data management for logistics processes and systems. </p></li></ul> <p><strong>5. Technical Support & Software Maintenance:</strong> </p> <ul><li><p>Provide <strong>technical support</strong> for logistics applications and tools, ensuring smooth operations, minimal downtime, and rapid issue resolution. </p></li></ul> <ul><li><p>Maintain and update existing software solutions in alignment with user feedback and changing business needs. </p></li></ul> <p><strong>6.
