Requirements Job Role: HRBP Location : Pune (Yerwada) Work from office - 5 days Contract Role for 6 months (conversion basis performance) Key Responsibilities: Employee Lifecycle Management <ul><li>Oversee onboarding, documentation, background verification, and induction coordination.</li><li>Ensure timely processing of confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.</li><li>Drive process consistency and compliance across all employee lifecycle activities.</li></ul> HR Data Management & HRIS <ul><li>Manage HRMS/HRIS platforms to ensure up-to-date and accurate employee data.</li><li>Generate, analyze, and present HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, attrition, attendance, etc.).</li></ul> Payroll & Benefits Administration <ul><li>Liaise with the payroll team to provide accurate inputs (new joiners, exits, leave, deductions, variable pay, etc.).</li><li>Verify payroll output and support employee queries related to compensation and benefits.</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors for benefits administration (insurance, reimbursements, etc.).</li></ul> Policy Implementation & Compliance <ul><li>Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, etc.).</li><li>Assist in policy revisions, process documentation, and SOP updates.</li></ul> Employee Experience & Query Management <ul><li>Resolve employee queries related to HR policies, systems, and processes.</li><li>Drive process improvements to enhance employee experience and reduce turnaround time.</li><li>Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs.</li></ul> HR Process Excellence <ul><li>Ensure high accuracy, confidentiality, and service delivery standards across all HR operations</li></ul> Role Information: IN Studio: Keywords Studios (Helpshift) Location: Asia Pacific Area of Work: People & Culture Service: Player Engagement Employment Type: Contract Working Pattern: In Office Benefits <ul> <li>Worker's insurance</li> <li>Paid Time Offs</li> </ul> Helpshift embraces diversity.
