The journey requires building foundational capabilities/patterns and enabling teams from a design, technical architecture and selecting cloud services wisely. This role required proved technology leadership with strong hands-on digital experience.We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Agentic AI Developer with 5–8 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who bring a strong foundation in full stack development  and have evolved into AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI domains. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent systems that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic architectures to solve complex business problems. Responsibilities <ul><li>Gathers and analyzes test software requirements for various applications within the Core Tech Engg & Solutions (CTES) organization.</li><li>Understands a program’s architecture/design, logical and physical data models.</li><li>Design and Develop embedded application which comprises of UI, API development & integration with LLM & Python model to provide accurate recommendations.</li><li>Support other product delivery partners in the successful build, test, and release of solutions</li><li>Ability to work on projects independently with minimal or no oversight required.</li><li>Examine and discover methods to improve the accuracy, effectiveness, and dependability of data quality and support.</li><li>Support the full software lifecycle of design, development, testing, and support for technical delivery</li><li>Works with both (Scrum Master, Product, QA and Developers) and QA team members in properly defining testable scenarios based on requirements/acceptance criteria.</li><li>Be part of a fast-moving team, working with the latest tools and open-source technologies</li><li>Work on a development team using agile methodologies.</li><li>Understand the Business and the Application Architecture End to End</li><li>Solve problems by crafting software solutions using maintainable and modular code</li><li>Participate in daily team standup meetings where you'll give and receive updates on the current backlog and challenges.</li></ul> Qualifications Required Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or Engineering or related course work</li><li>5-8 years of experience in programing, API and UI development.</li><li>Experience working in UI development using Vue.Js & Node.Js</li><li>Experience in C#, .Net Core</li><li>Experience in using IDE like Visual Studio Code, VS Code Etc</li><li>Experience in developing backends using NODE.JS</li><li>Experience in developing Applications using Python</li><li>Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS</li><li>Knowledge of API tools like Postman, SoapUI, etc.</li><li>Experience with LLM methods which can be integrated with UIs to generate recommendations based on standard operation procedures we fed to the system.</li><li>Experience in business requirement analysis, test design, defect logging and tracking</li><li>Experience in Git based source control tools like GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket</li><li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment along with tools like Jira, Rally, etc.</li><li>Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs for enterprise use cases.</li><li>Build agentic systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.</li><li>Integrate LLMs with legacy systems and modern cloud-native applications.</li><li>Develop and optimize ML models for classification, prediction, and recommendation tasks.</li><li>Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize models in production environments.</li><li>Ensure model governance, monitoring, and retraining pipelines.</li><li>Contribute to front-end and back-end development using Vue.js, Node.js, C#, and .NET Core.</li><li>Work with AWS services for scalable deployment of AI/ML solutions.</li><li>Design and manage SQL Server databases and data pipelines.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams including architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.</li><li>Stay current with advancements in GenAI, agentic frameworks, and cloud-native AI tooling.</li><li>Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing</li></ul>Required Experience & Education: <ul><li>Proven experience with design, and development of large-scale enterprise application solutions. </li><li>College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience. </li><li>Junior level experience in relational and NOSQL databases</li><li>5-8 years of experience in Software engineering</li><li>Hands on experience engineering/developing modern on-prem/public AWS solutions, Vue.JS, Node.Js, Python and LLM models</li><li>Willing to learn, go above and beyond attitudes.</li><li>Experience with modern and legacy development languages.</li></ul>Desired Experience:  <ul> <li>Healthcare experience including Disease Management</li></ul>  <div> These two
