We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Showroom Executive / Front office to join our team. The ideal candidate Should have 1–3 years of experience in a retail or showroom environment, with strong customer service skills and excellent product-handling abilities. You will play a key role in enhancing customer experience, managing showroom operations, and supporting both offline and online personalized gifting orders. Responsibilities • Greet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a friendly and professional experience. • Provide complete product information and demonstrate features as required. • Understand customer needs and offer tailored product or gift suggestions. • Handle enquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction. • Actively upsell and cross-sell products to achieve higher sales value. • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment. • Ensure proper stock display and replenish products whenever required. • Manage gift items, display materials, and packing supplies. • Ensure safety and security of showroom products and assets. • Follow proper opening/closing procedures as per shift schedule. • Maintain digital records of orders, customer details, and follow-ups. • Work closely with the sales team to achieve daily, monthly, and seasonal targets. • Provide end-of-day updates and reports to management. • Support with inventory checks, stock audits, and purchase requirements. • Assist in training new team members on showroom processes if needed. • Process sales transactions accurately, including billing, UPI/cash payments, and daily sales reporting. • Assist online customers with personalized gift orders such as mugs, keychains, hampers, frames, etc. • Share product photos/videos for marketing, catalogue updates, and promotional activities. • Coordinate with the design and production teams for updates and timely order completion. Skills & Qualifications • 1–3 years of experience in a showroom, retail, or customer-facing role. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to understand customer preferences and suggest personalized solutions. • Basic computer skills, including CRM/billing software, Excel, and WhatsApp Business. • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Knowledge of gifting, personalization processes, or current market trends (preferred). • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused personality.
