ROLES 1. To handle walk-in, online, and recurring customers, ensuring smooth sales interactions and customer satisfaction.2. To manage all billing activities, ensure transaction accuracy, and maintain daily cash reports.3. To oversee the complete order process from booking to delivery ensuring timely completion and quality output.4. To maintain stock records, forecast demand, and plan procurement for regular and festive seasons.5. To organize and manage packing materials and the stock room efficiently, reducing wastage and maintaining order.6. To operate, monitor, and maintain all showroom machinery and ensure proper functioning through service tracking.7. To monitor usage of utilities and materials, control wastage, and ensure cost-efficient operations.8. To maintain payment schedules, coordinate with vendors, and support management in financial reminders.9. To coordinate with the digital marketing team for product photos, promotions, and festive campaigns.10. To ensure daily cleanliness, visual merchandising, and upkeep of the showroom.11. To maintain digital records, daily reports, and logs of sales, orders, and operational activities for management review.RESPONSIBILITIES · Greet customers politely and understand their product requirements.· Recommend suitable, trending, or customized options.· Handle retail, preorder, and bulk orders professionally.· Maintain positive relationships to encourage repeat business· Prepare accurate bills, receipts, and invoices.· Handle daily transactions cash, UPI, and card payments.· Reconcile daily sales and submit reports to management.· Communicate with the design and production team for live order updates.· Track each order from booking to dispatch.· Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.· Maintain stock sheets for showroom and preorder items.· Identify low-stock items and plan procurement.· Support seasonal and festive stock forecasting.· Maintain organized storage of all packing materials.· Track usage of ribbons, boxes, wraps, tags, and accessories.· Reorder items as per consumption and control wastage.· Operate heat press, engravers, plotters, cutters, and printers safely.· Keep maintenance logs and service schedules.· Report any faults immediately.· Monitor usage of electricity, water, and materials.· Prevent excess or misuse of raw materials.· Report unusual consumption to management.· Maintain payment reminders for rent, electricity, water, and salaries.· Follow up with vendors for timely bill settlements.· Coordinate with management for approval and release of payments.· Share product photos, reels, and promotional updates with marketing.· Highlight new arrivals or customized orders for online posts.· Support promotional campaigns in-store.· Ensure daily cleaning of display and customer areas.· Maintain neat product displays and functional equipment.· Track stationery and printing supplies for reordering.· Maintain all sales, stock, and order records digitally (Excel or Drive).· Update logs for daily activities and performance tracking.· Share weekly and monthly reports with top management.
