Principal task and Responsibilities:
-New Product development and Revision of Existing Products which consist PM selection,
Machine ability, cost competitive, Automization as per marketing/Regulatory/Production
requirement for Domestic market. And Ethiopia Manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
-New product development for Domestic market and Ethiopia Manufacturing.
-Revision of Existing product as per Marketing/Regulatory/ Production requirement for Domestic market and Ethiopia manufacturing.
-Stability batch and Exhibit batch packaging as per Formulation Development requirement for
Domestic and Ethiopia Mfg. market.
-Preparation of BOM for costing for Domestic market and Ethiopia manufacturing.
-Approval of digital proof, QC samples and Shade cards.
-Preparation and Revision of Specification for packaging components.
-To coordinate with Marketing for artworks approval of products and Dummy samples as per
requirement.
