Major Purpose of the Job: 
The Deputy General Manager – Learning & OD will partner with the Head – L&OD to design and deliver enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, leadership pipeline, and cultural transformation in line with the organization’s business and people priorities. The role combines program ownership with consultative engagement across businesses, ensuring that Learning & OD interventions create measurable impact on talent readiness, engagement, and performance.

Principal Accountabilities:
• Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify learning needs, design and deliver impactful interventions that enable capability development, strengthen leadership pipelines, and foster a high-performance.
• Design and deliver manager capability interventions to enhance team leadership effectiveness.
• Conduct focused employee connects to understand the development needs from an employee perspective.
• Manage design, deployment, and evaluation of behavioural, and leadership learning programs across the enterprise.
• Drive adoption of digital learning platforms and innovative learning methodologies (e.g., experiential, blended, coaching-based).
• Contribute to the design and implementation of OD initiatives.
• Support change management initiatives 
• Facilitate surveys, analyze results, and co-create action plans with leaders.
• Monitor adoption and completion rates; drive communication campaigns to boost participation.
• Generate regular analytics reports to track learning hours, compliance, and program effectiveness.
• Partner with external vendors and internal IT as and when required to manage upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and implement new features.
• Develop and maintain dashboards pertaining to training attendance, feedback and measure learning effectiveness, and OD program impact.
• Measure ROI of learning initiatives and report progress 
•	Report progress to leadership through structured updates and presentations.
