We are expanding and seeking a highly experienced Business Head to lead our Mutual Fund Distribution Division and take it to the next level.</li></ul>Role Overview:<ul><li>As the Branch Head – Mutual Fund Distribution, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our distribution network, leveraging your existing relationships and expertise in the mutual fund industry. This is a high-impact leadership position that offers the opportunity to drive strategic growth, increase AUM, and build strong partnerships across the financial ecosystem.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a robust business strategy to grow the mutual fund distribution division, focusing on client acquisition, AUM growth, and revenue generation.</li><li>Client Relationship Management: Leverage your existing high-net-worth (HNW) client base to expand Mfins AUM, offering customized investment products and services.</li><li>Business Development: Identify new business opportunities to scale the division and enhance market presence.</li><li>Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing relationship managers to achieve company targets and grow the AUM base.</li><li>Cross Sell Opportunities: Look for Cross-Sell and Up-Sell opportunities with other products like Life and General Insurance, PMS and AIF, Bonds, Equities, Loan Against Securities, etc. to meet client needs and market demand.</li><li>Compliance & Governance: Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, including AMFI, SEBI & IRDAI guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics.</li></ul>What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>7+ years of experience in mutual fund distribution or wealth management.</li><li>A proven track record of managing a large number of clients and their AUM and strong relationships with HNW clients.</li><li>Strong leadership abilities with experience in driving and managing teams.</li><li>Expertise in market trends, mutual fund schemes, and a deep understanding of client acquisition and retention strategies.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-first approach</li></ul>Products Offered:<ul><li>Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loan Against Securities (LAS), Equities, Bonds, etc.</li></ul>Business Targets:<ul><li>Achievement of sales targets for various financial products.</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Pune</li></ul>CTC Offered:<ul><li>Annual CTC (Cost to Company) is divided into two parts:</li><li>o Annual Fixed CTC (Rs. 8.00 Lakhs p.a)</li><li>o Annual Performance base incentive</li></ul>Additional Perks:<ul><li>Social Security like Employee Provident Fund (EPF)</li><li>ESI (Employee State Insurance), if applicable</li><li>Personal Accident Policy</li><li>Mediclaim Insurance</li><li>Business Travel Reimbursement</li><li>Mobile expenses</li></ul>
