The primary objective is to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and ensure the stability and reliability of our production systems. This individual will be a key player in the implementation of automation solutions and will be responsible for navigating the approval process to ensure timely delivery.<br/><br/><b><u>Responsibilities:</u></b></p><ul><li><b>Automation and Development:</b> Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using a variety of tools including Autosys, VBA, Appian, and Boardwalk.</li><li><b>Production Support:</b> Provide dedicated support for production environments, including troubleshooting issues, responding to user queries, and ensuring system availability.</li><li><b>CI/CD and Version Control:</b> Utilize Bitbucket/Git for version control and RLM and Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment of automation scripts and applications.</li><li><b>Implementation and approvals:</b> Drive the implementation of new automation projects from conception to completion, including chasing down necessary approvals from stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.</li><li><b>Data Visualization:</b> Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to monitor system performance and provide insights to stakeholders.</li><li><b>Process Improvement:</b> Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.</li><li><b>Stakeholder Management:</b> Collaborate with business users, development teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on automation initiatives.</li></ul><p/><p><b><u>Qualifications:</u></b></p><ul><li><span>8+ years of relevant experience in an automation or production support role.</span></li><li><b>Technical Skills:</b><ul><li><b>Automation Tools:</b> Proficiency in Autosys, VBA, and experience with low-code platforms like Appian.</li><li><b>CI/CD and DevOps:</b> Hands-on experience with Bitbucket/Git, RLM, and Jenkins.</li><li><b>Data Visualization:</b> Experience with Tableau for creating dashboards and reports.</li><li><b>Scripting:</b> Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Shell) are a plus.</li></ul></li><li><b>Soft Skills:</b><ul><li><b>Problem-Solving:</b> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a production environment.</li><li><b>Communication:</b> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical
