Role Summary:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities and candidate coordination.

Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for IT roles
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Maintain daily reports and pipeline tracking
Support recruiters in meeting hiring targets

Requirements:

1+ year experience in recruitment
Exposure to IT hiring preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
