Key Responsibilities:
       1. Business & Financial Performance
•	Own and deliver overall budget achievement for the assigned region/geographies.
•	Full P&L responsibility including primary sales, margins, profitability, and cost control.
•	Drive order generation and ensure sustainable revenue growth.
•	Manage Ex-India sales for assigned international geographies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and trade requirements.
        2. Sales & Demand Generation
•	Drive secondary sales and demand generation across key secondary markets.
•	Develop and execute strategies to improve market coverage, prescription generation, and off-take.
•	Monitor sales performance metrics and initiate corrective actions to meet targets.
        3. New Business Development
•	Explore and build new business opportunities in existing and new markets across private and tender segments.
•	Identify opportunities for new product introductions and market expansion.
•	Lead participation in institutional, government, and tender businesses across assigned geographies.
        4. Strategic Growth Initiatives
•	Drive regional business growth through strategic alliances, partnerships, and collaborations.
•	Evaluate opportunities for product acquisitions, in-licensing, or company acquisitions aligned with organizational strategy.
•	Build long-term partnerships with agents, distributors, and key accounts.
       5. Market Penetration & Channel Strategy
•	Develop and implement effective market penetration strategies through multiple channels.
•	Identify sales targets across channels in coordination with leadership.
•	Optimize distributor, agent, and channel partner performance.
       



     6. Leadership & Strategic Planning
•	Lead, develop, and implement sub-function strategies aligned with regional and organizational vision, plans, and growth imperatives.
•	Translate corporate strategy into actionable regional and country-level plans.
•	Provide leadership inputs for long-term strategic initiatives.
     7. Subsidiary & Regional Management
•	Manage subsidiaries where applicable, with full responsibility for P&L, sales, and order generation.
•	Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment with corporate policies.
     8. Business Planning & Review
•	Conduct comprehensive business planning including market assessment, projections, competitor analysis, and budgeting.
•	Lead periodic business reviews to track performance against plans and targets.
•	Use data-driven insights to guide strategic and tactical decisions.
     9. Marketing Strategy Execution
•	Ensure effective implementation of corporate and local marketing strategies.
•	Strengthen brand presence and positioning in line with company objectives.
•	Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales execution.
    10. Systems, Processes & Governance
•	Ensure implementation and adherence to systems, processes, and policies that drive a high-performance culture.
•	Strengthen compliance, reporting, and governance mechanisms.
    11. Talent Development & Capability Building
•	Develop Sub-Regional Heads through on-the-job training and continuous mentoring.
•	Share country-level and market insights to build self-reliant leadership.
•	Design and implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and career paths for the entire team.
     12. Business Operations & Cross-Functional Alignment
•	Oversee business operations and ensure strong coordination with manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory, finance, and marketing teams.
•	Ensure timely deliveries, optimal inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
     13. Team Management & Performance
•	Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing teams.
•	Ensure each team member clearly understands and achieves their KRAs.
•	Foster a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and ethical business practices.
