Management of all receipt/storage /issuance and reconciliation of PM & Misc. Store as per SOP.
Maintain cGMP in warehouse and give regular training to all employees.
• Ensure receipt and on-line documentation of the materials received as per SOP.
• Ensure all the operating systems are maintained as per the SOP.
• To receive the materials as per the amended approved vendor list.
• To store materials as per the updated storage conditions/ storage location.
• Ensure no loss of production due to non-availability of dispensed materials.
• Ensure clearance of obsolete, rejected and Artwork change materials on timely basis with
coordination with Planner.
• Ensure daily verification of balances and environmental monitoring within the department as per
required specifications and limits.
• Ensure to carry out GMP self-inspection within the department once in a month and compliance on
the observed deviations.
• Ensure no major observation during internal as well as external audits
• Ensure 100% compliance to the existing and no unplanned deviation on the shop floor
• To review and correct gaps between SOP and policies and also implement the audit (internal &
external) findings.
• To maintain the statutory compliance with government authorities.
• To control expenses as per the budget.
• To reduce Losses during Material Handling.
• Regularly follow-up with SCM for slow moving /non-moving inventory of PM.
• Regularly follow–up with SCM for obsolete material and take corrective action.
• Ensure physically stock verification of PM as per quarterly.
• Training to be imparted within the department related to SOPs as well as behavioral. (All
warehouse employees).
• Second line development – at least one person to be developed as second line within the
department.
• To ensure zero accident in the warehouse.
• To conduct EHS self-Inspection audit every month.
• To Maintain Safety norms in the plant complying with statutory requirements (Safety
awareness/reediness at all level).
• Disposal of obsolete / Artwork change materials as per existing statutory compliance.
• To ensure proper maintenance of warehouse related office equipment’s & infrastructure.
• To ensure good housekeeping and arrangement of PM as per regulatory guideline.
• To ensure timely AMC of all warehouse equipment’s/Machinery.
• All incoming materials related to Ethiopia shall be monitored & control at the warehouse after
receipt, any query related to documentation for Ethiopia to be resolved in coordination with supply
chain/Purchase.
• Re-enforcement of general discipline in stores and enforcing interpersonal relation with all internal
and external customers
• Develop and improve stores system (updating of all warehouse procedure to meet international
standards)
• Ensure completion of SAP transactions related to inventory management on day to day basis.
• To provide MIS reports as per functions demand.
• Allocation of Job responsibility to staff.
• See all activity In absence of RM in-charge.
