Key Responsibilities:
•  Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with R&D leaders to understand workforce needs and develop HR strategies that support innovation, productivity, and business objectives.
•  Talent Acquisition: Partner with the TA team to attract, recruit, and retain specialized talent (engineers, scientists), manage requisitions (Digicad), interview processes, benchmarks, and build a strong talent pipeline.
•  Onboarding & Operations: Ensure seamless onboarding and induction; manage day-to-day HR operations including manpower planning, separations, resignations, and vacancy fulfilment for Engineering/R&D functions.
•  Performance & Development: Drive goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews; design and support performance management, career development, and learning initiatives to enhance skills and continuous learning in a high-tech environment.
•  Learning & Policy Management: Coordinate with L&D for training programs and recommend corrective actions for policy or conduct-related matters.
•  Culture & Engagement: Foster an innovative, collaborative, and high-performing culture through regular employee connects, FGDs, townhalls, and timely resolution of employee concerns.
•  Attrition & Cost Control: Manage attrition within targets through early risk identification, notice-period connects, 48-hour resignation follow-ups, and effective cost control of hiring and manpower.
•  Analytics & Organizational Effectiveness: Analyze hiring trends, attrition patterns, manager-wise data, and induction feedback; implement organizational development interventions and streamline HR processes.
•  Calendar Management: Plan and manage HR calendars (FGDs, goal setting, confirmations, probation reviews, engagement, onboarding) and ensure compliance, HR policies, and industry regulations.
