Model best practices and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive engineering culture.Requirements• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience, including work on production systems.• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and PHP.• Solid understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL, including building and consuming endpoints.• Experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL in production environments.• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices (e.g., GitHub Actions).• Comfortable working in AWS or similar cloud environments.• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make thoughtful implementation decisions.• Enthusiastic about learning and leveraging AI tools to improve development efficiency and product capabilities.Preferred Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.• Exposure to infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) is a plus.• Familiarity with nonprofit or social good technology challenges is a bonus.
