Production :
•	Cleanliness of the equipments and area under his charge.

•	Operations of Reactors, Centrifuge and other equipments like vacuum pumps, Filter units, scrubbers, dryer, blender, shifter, Micronizer and ML collection tank, transfer pumps etc.

•	Charging RM in to the reactor & maintaining all parameters of batches under supervision of shift -Incharge.

•	Responsible for cleanness of equipment & packing materials before use.

•	Transferring Raw Material, Intermediates, solvents, FG, packing materials from one location to another location for operations.

•	Responsible for desired yield by ensuring first time right operation.

•	Operation of utility valves and ensure that there should not be mis-operation of valve. 
•	Ensuring cGMP compliance during operations.

•	Responsible for minor maintenance work like fitting manhole, lids, flanges, nut-bolt etc. fittings under his working area.

•	Responsible for using/handling all tools/machines/equipment,/production consumables with utmost care in order to avoid damage/breakdown.

•	Using all safety appliances i.e. Safety Shoes, Helmets, Cap, Hand-gloves etc. as per the requirements of the work and the directions of Superiors.

•	Accountable to inform immediately about any abnormality found during operations or any mis-operation of equipment to his superior.

•	Cleaning of his work area after work completion. (All scrap/remnants/residues like nuts, bolts, wire clippings, Oil, waste cotton etc. should be removed by the person who has done the work.)

•	Apart from all above activities individual is responsible for all other plant operation related jobs assigned by Dept. head / superior.
