Women-Friendly Policies

You'll fix vulnerabilities, build secure libraries, and establish secure coding patterns across a portfolio of 7+ products. You'll take findings from our scanning and penetration testing teams and turn them into verified fixes.This is a hands-on coding role. You'll spend most of your time in codebases you didn't write, understanding how they work, and making them more secure. You'll use AI coding tools to rapidly analyze unfamiliar code, generate fixes, and move across tech stacks without slowing down.What You'll DoFix Vulnerabilities● Remediate security findings across multiple products and tech stacks● Diagnose root causes, ship fixes, and verify remediation effectiveness● Work with product engineers to land changes without breaking functionalityBuild Secure Foundations● Design and build secure libraries and components for product teams to adopt● Create reference implementations for secure patterns● Contribute to remediation playbooks for common vulnerability classesRaise the Bar● Conduct security-focused code reviews across the portfolio● Help define secure coding standards for AI-assisted development● Support compliance efforts with documentation and audit evidenceRequirementsAI-first● Expert-level proficiency with AI coding tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, agentic workflows), you ship at 5-10x velocity vs. non-AI developersEssential● Strong application security fundamentals: common vulnerability classes, secure coding practices, security design principles and practical experience, such as:○ security scanning tools (SAST, DAST, SCA)○ penetration testing or security research● Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA)● Ability to work across multiple languages and frameworks, you're not tied to one stack● Comfortable diving into unfamiliar codebases and figuring things out quickly
