Fidelity International

Fidelity provides Creche facility to its employee and collaborated with Medham located in Gurgaon office location. The cost of this is borne by Fidelity for children up to the age of 6 years. If employee opts for a creche facility of their choice instead of company provided facility, the Company also reimburse the actual monthly charges paid by an employee, subject to a maximum of INR 8,000/- per month per child up to the age of 6 years.

We offers twenty-six (26) continuous weeks of paid leave to all employees of the company.

Family Care Leave: 
We offer five days paid leave in a calendar year to look after family members in need of care. This is to support employees so they can balance their work and family responsibilities.
Dynamic working: 
Depending on the nature of the job, our Dynamic Working policy offers most of our people the flexibility to manage their own working pattern and get a balance between office working and home working.

About your teamThe AI Platform team builds the secure, resilient foundation powering AI innovation across Fidelity. We enable scalable AI adoption through shared capabilities, strong governance and trusted engineering expertise.About your role You will play a key part in developing the core building blocks of Fidelity’s Enterprise AI Platform. Your work will enable teams across the business to use AI in a secure, governed and scalable way. You will design and implement platform features, reusable components, and APIs that support high-quality AI development. You will help integrate new capabilities such as RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, observability and fine-tuning workflows. Working closely with engineering, architecture and governance functions, you will ensure that what you build is reliable, compliant and ready for enterprise use. You’ll also contribute to documentation, automation and engineering best practices that strengthen the platform and improve developer experience.About youYou have strong hands-on experience building AI solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines and modern agent frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph. You are comfortable developing APIs, SDKs and scalable components in Python. You understand vector databases and retrieval techniques, and you can apply evaluation tools to measure model quality. You bring solid engineering skills across cloud-native development and containerized deployments. You are also familiar with responsible AI, guardrails and good governance practices. Above all, you enjoy solving complex technical problems and building capabilities others can rely on
