Women friendly policies

Maternity Leave Policy

  • Maternity leave of 26 weeks can be availed by expecting women employees, and 12 weeks for adopting a child or for a commissioning mother.
  • A colleague is free to combine other entitled leaves with paternity leave.
  • Provision of additional leaves on medical grounds
  • Insurance coverage provided for medical expenses and delivery
  • We also take measures to keep the colleague on leave updated and ensure fair performance appraisal during the year of the break
  • A ‘New Parent Hamper’ is sent to all new parents as a way to congratulate them on their joyous occasion

Paternity Leave Policy

  • All male colleagues would be eligible for up to 3 days of paternity leave post the birth of the child, including adoption and surrogacy.
  • Paternity leave can be utilized within the first 4 weeks of the birth of the child.

Child-Care Facility

  • Day care facility is applicable to all female colleagues and single fathers with children upto age 3 years
  • Colleagues availing full day Crèche services can avail maximum four breaks (including regular breaks). This is applicable only in case of feeding mothers.
  • Company provides conveyance expense or transport to the day care center, as per the guidelines of the local travel and expense policy.
