Paternity Leave Policy
4 weeks of paternity leave for child bearer of a new born. Leave is to be utilized before child’s 1st birthday.
Maternity Leave Policy
26 weeks of maternity leave for child bearer of a new born. Leave may commence 8 weeks prior to the expected date of confinement and 18 weeks immediately after delivery, totalling 26 weeks.
Child-Care Facility
Visa supports employees who are parents and will provide subsidy for day care services, at Visa’s preferred provider, for children aged 6 years old and below. Visa’s preferred provider is Founding Years Learning Solutions Private Limited (Klay Prep Schools and Day Care).
Visa also provides a Home Learning Program, where you can opt for a Teacher from Klay to come home to take care of your little one’s learning milestones. Visa will subsidize up to INR 10,000/month for the Home Learning Program for employees with children who are six years old and below. However, there will be no duplicate subsidy if employees are also placing their child at the daycare center.
