Anti-Discrimination and Prevention of Harassment Policy
- This Policy applies to all categories of employees of the Organization, including permanent employees, permanent management, workmen, temporary employees, trainees, consultants, advisers, ad hoc employees, daily wage earners, probationers, apprentices, employees on contract, etc., at its workplace or at visits to partner Organizations. The Policy is applicable to all categories of employees as stated above, irrespective of whether such persons have been engaged directly or through an agency or a contractor, and whether such employees are working for remuneration or on a voluntary basis.
- The Policy shall also be applicable to all third parties such as visitors, clients, customers, contractors, service providers, and any other person authorized to be present within the premises/ workplace of the Organization.
- The Organization will not tolerate sexual harassment, if engaged in by partners, or by suppliers or any other associates of the Organization. It shall extend to cover sexual harassment of women by men, of men by women or between the same sexes. Harassment is unlawful irrespective of who is involved in the behaviour.
Transportation Facility

Maternity Leave Policy
Maternity Leave (ML): - All expecting women employees are eligible to avail the maternity leave and benefit as per the Maternity benefit Act 1961. Please refer to leave benefits below:
- the maximum period for which a woman shall be entitled to maternity benefit is 26 weeks - not more than 8 weeks of that shall precede the expected date of delivery.
- if the woman has 2 or more surviving children, then it is 12 weeks - not more than 6 weeks of which shall precede the expected date of delivery.
Maternity Insurance:
- INR 75,000 for both Normal Delivery and for C-Section Delivery.
- Maternity benefits is available only for self and spouse. Maternity Benefit will be applicable for the first two deliveries only
